Rejoice!

The football season is over! Hooray! As I sat in my local yesterday enjoying the final moments of Englands amazing comeback against New Zealand, suddenly Ian Bell vanished from the screen to be replaced by 2 clubs, both roughly 200 miles away from Yeovil, playing for promotion from division 2. Why? It put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Note to sports writers and controllers of pub channel zappers: June is a month for cricket and tennis. Not football. Not football. Not football.
