A named person would be ideal, but failing that, we do have 3 named charities. <BR/><BR/>I've tried in the letter to ask for specific things to be investigated, with evidence given. I'll follow with questions about the Durham and Chichester Management Companies. Pity we don't have a name to address letters to.
